does anyone remember june?
i was in two shows, almost simultaniously, and i had exams to worry about, one of which was the dreaded math 12 provincial.
there was never a moment when there wasn't something i was supposed to be doing, and i barely ever had a second to relax.
it was WONDERFUL.

yes. i remember distinctly saying, "i don't see how july is not going to be the best month ever, as i have nothing to do but work."
and now i'm like "blaaaaaaah. oh poor, naive kristin, thinking that free time is fun."

i have a strange feeling you're me, but dartmouth'd.
thats exactly what ive been saying, too.
relaxation is just a stupid past-time for people with the flu. thats all.

even with the flu, i sort of have a hard time shutting down.
free time is silly, and i need a way to fill it.
maybe i'll buy an ant farm, and spend the rest of the summer training them to become an ant circus.
the worst part is that i keep thinking "oh, don't worry, kristin. you'll go to new york at the start of august, and then you'll go to neptune for two weeks."
but that's not even true!

It seems weird that every one of us has been complaining about being stuck around the house, when we could have all easily made plans with each other because NONE of us were doing ANYTHING. It must be our bodies retaliating for the months of punishment we put them through during the school year.

The cure: Saturday, talk to Rebecca Falvey about it. We have made some sort of plans.

i think things like "rain" and "being in Dartmouth" make us all feel immobile or something.
unfortunately, mr. rogers is beckoning me from the hours of 2 o'clock in the afternoon until 10 o'clock at night to sell his loyal subjects films. which is bad, as it means i will not be taking part in any sort of get-together.

as terribly entertaining as a jig from glen matthews would be, i cannot break the fast! almost one whole year of MSN sobriety, glen! do you really want me to fall off the wagon?
i just hate all the stupid politics of MSN. they make me upset and bothered.
you need to come back to Halifax soon! this whole trying-to-slay-both-werewolves-and-vampires thing is getting tricky at times. the other night i came across a vampire-werewolve hybrid! it was nuts.
