Oh Friday, wonderful fantabulous Friday. I got me a little kid cold and Friday could not come soon enough. I'm getting so tired of my staff being so damn critical of me all the fucking time. I'm new and inexperienced. Teaching multi-needs is not something that you can pick up in one week. Fuck, I went to college for four fucking years to learn

Yeah, I don’t know why teachers (and just about anyone else, in just about any occupation) can’t seem to remember how hard it was for them when they were just starting out.  Hell, even if your education had been specifically geared toward teaching kids with special needs, you’d still have a hard time turning theory into praxis; that’s the kind of job in which the real learning has to be picked up with practice.  As Jesus himself said, in Luke 19:27, “Don’t let the bastards grind you down.”
