I want there to be a snow day tomorrow.  It's going to snow all fucking day.  And we're going to get stranded in the school.  And we're going to have to sleep there.  It's just going to suck, cuz we're not going to have a snow day. 

I saw Pan's Labyrinth.  It was rather gruesome.  It was rather good too.  I needed more fantasy though.  Not enough of the movie took place in the fantasy world.  It was on the Super Screen at Marcus.  It's like a quasi-Imax theatre.  The screen was fuzzy and we couldn't see anything until the movie started.  Then they fixed it.  But I missed the ( Read more... )

The Departed is the longest movie ever!!!  I would much rather see Marie Antoinette.  So I have broken 3 nails in the span of a day.  Also my hair is falling out, which is a good thing because I have too much hair to begin with.  Tomorrow is Friday which means I'm one week closer to being done. 

I should be leaving to go to work, but I'm procrastinating.  I hate it there.  I want to get hit by a car so then I don't have to go in.  It's almost November and I'm wishing for May.  I've already decided that I hate it there.  I would rather be anywhere else.  I'd rather be where I was last year.  At least I got some sort of the break.  And I got ( Read more... )

I had 4 wonderful days without the students.  Tomorrow is going to be hell.  They come back from the weekends nuts, but a 4 day weekend.  Oi Vey. 

This school year already sucks.  It's too hard.  Why do they do this?  Why put new teachers in a room with some of the most difficult kids ever?  I have no aide and I'm tired of asking for everyone else's help.  I feel like I'm wasting their time and they're all thinking that I'm some stupid idiot who can't control her class.  Maybe I'll switch ( Read more... )

It's the funniest movie I have ever seen in the history of my life.

I'm stuck inside.  It's too hot to do anything.  I watered the plants and I thought that I was going to pass out.  We also lost power for about 2 hours.  That had all sorts of potential for badness.  I went to Potbelly and then bought a new desk chair.  Exciting, huh?
