How do you know that public people read your journal? Meter?
I'm just curious? Id like to know how to find out?

=) It is a site meter. It is on my info page. Just click on the colorful box and you will see how many "public" people read my journal and where they are from by using their IP addresses. You can also get your own while you are there. As long as you post the box somewhere on your journal(info, recent) it doesn't matter they will let you do it for free. I have had it forever. I am not paranoid..I just have really been making all of my posts friends only so why bother it be public then?

I am extremly sorry to bother you.. but.. >< I would like to request a mood theme at mood_mania but it does not say HOW to request. -_-; It just says you can request to use ones people have already made.. so.. I'm really confused.. Could you please tell me how to request a certin mood theme I want..?

No worries here! First I want you to go to mood mania and look through the memories section to see if someone has already made the mood you are looking for. If not go ahead and make a post. If someone says they will do it for you then after it is done I will take the post off.

If not there..say that you have the maintainers permission to ask for a mood theme. =)
