Isn't the whole point of this charity to prove that Autstic people arn't 'wrong' and 'a burden'.

No, no, of course not. That would be sensible. This is the kind of charity that's all about teaching people how awful and miserable we are and how they should be ashamed of us! Hooray!

(It should be noted that the major UK Autism charity - the National Autistic Society - is more more positive than this. But the US is basically screwed. Autism Speaks has so much power it's sickening.)
