am deliberating my NYE resolution... don't know what i want for the new year. I forget what this year's resolution was supposed to be. oops. will go back to old livejournal postings and see if I put something up

try the propel powdered mix. my doctor actually got me started on that because i drink TOO much water and she was worried about me diluting the nutrients i get through diet etc. very little sugar and sodium and lots of vitamins!
and join one of the for-a-cause marathon training programs. that way you get guilted into running :)
as for my resolution - stress less maybe? and to figure out what i actually want to do!
