I haven't done a tutorial post for quite a while, and here I am presenting two! Wow. And I've decided to show how the effects I gain look on other pictures, something that I should do from now on.

Just wanted to let you know that on the first tutorial, the color code for the mauvy-purple color layer is actually the color code to the mid-blue one.

These tuts are beautiful~ I'm trying them out now and I'll post results later after :D

Ah, thanks for pointing that out - I was writing this tut at 1am this morning, so I guess there would be some errors that would creep in.

When you say, "set Saturation/Etc. to 100%", do you mean the Opacity? the Fill? or both?

Ah yes, I meant keep the layer opacity at 100%, maybe should have been more clear about that.

And thank you! I'm glad people are liking these (they're not my best tuts but I like their effects all the same).

Oh, don't worry about that. I'm the only one who didn't get it, actually. Hehehe. Apparently it's just standard to refer to Opacity alone. Thanks so much for the clear-up. :D
