I use the mix from a box! I have a good cornmeal one though if you want that.

Pancakes are an American thing. You can find crepes powder around here (but i have a good home made recipe, so I don't need that) but I haven't seen pancake powder . . . So telling me you just buy a box doesn't help with my effort to eat food I haven't eaten in almost ten years D:

My mom makes them by scratch, but it's one of those recipes that goes "Add milk until it looks right." If you're okay with that, I can ask her? But are you looking for fluffy American-style pancakes or more crepe-like ones?

Yeah try me, as long as you can give me at least a vague idea of what "right" means. As in runny, or rather not, . . .

Also I´m looking for the american stuff, crepes I have down :D very much so :DDDDD

I will definitely ask my dad. He's the pancake maker. We usually use a bit of a mix, but my grandma has a good from scratch Southern buttermilk style that are the fluffy thick kind- which sounds like what you want :)

It's not pancakes but...if you like really sweet stuff, I know a Banoffee pie recipe that would pretty much cater to all your sugary needs

Late to the party but THIS ONE!!! They're a little more work than regular old pancakes (just because of the egg whites) but let me tell you... so worth it. <3333
