After picking up Emery yesterday at the bus stop, I decided it might be best to go ahead and stock up on the things we needed from The Star (what Emery calls Wal-mart). How many times have I found myself stuck at "The Star" for one reason or the other. My favorite..."Mom...I forgot that I have a project due tomorrow" meanwhile it's 8:00 at night! Or when my Mother was living with us...we had our Friday night shopping ritual at "The Star" and her and Clarissa would go one way..and I'd go to the grocery side...And we'd almost always lose one another...3 hours later..we'd finally leave! I could write a book...I have so many stories!
