22 weeks 3 days and counting...

I just started a post and deleted it because it sounded too mushy and was too scattered. Granted at this point, my brain is only mush and won't be any good for the next 20 years or so... But still I've come to terms with everything that is happening and 22 weeks into this pregnancy I'm beginning to think that in August I'll have a son.. It is hard ( Read more... )

Good deal getting the hospital tour done early. My hospital wouldn't let me do it til the 3rd trimester and it was a LOT of walking with a group of very pregnant ladies who all wanted nothing more than to SIT DOWN....

Well tonight wasn't really the tour- it was the information evening but we are all free to make an appointment whenever we get ready to do it. Remco and I are going to try to do it on a day when we are already at the hospital cause of a doctors visit or whatever have you- sometime in May I assume. I was very impressed though- they have facilities where the Dad can spend the night with no problem! Woohoo!!

Awww, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the bedding you have chosen. SO ADORABLE! He is going to love Pooh and eeyore! :)

I am keeping my fingers crossed for you that the doc will let you have regular spinal taps and not put you on medications that might hinder your bfing. :( Do keep me/us updated. I am thinking of you.

It is awesome that your little boy is going to have the best mom and dad in the world who is going to make sure he has the best of both world's and both families. He is going to be so happy and loved and you are going to do a great job at being parents. :)

*HUGSSS*

Hey hey! I know, I got your message. I forgot to respond. I am really horrible with my whatsapp sometimes and facebook messages and emails. I am just not very good with technical stuff. I can put pen to paper rather quickly, but anything else... rubbish ( ... )

Don't be impressed with me- I just want whats easiest for me in the long run.. But I've had enough spinals to know what I"m dealing with.. In 2005 when I had one done I had a leakage and was a week flat on my back being pumped full of caffeine (was fun!) and this time they had to stick me twice.. So I know how bad it can get, but considering I'm pretty much having an epidural I figure its good experience along the way (and for my husband who has to be there and hold my hand..)...

I am not a big fan of Winnie the Pooh, but that is absolutely adorable with the canopy and all. I am so glad you told me about Live Journal because I really miss reading your blogs on myspace. Your entry brought me to tears, because I know EXACTLY how you feel. Having to let go of the past to be a better person. I reached my breaking point last year. You know I love you and I can't wait to read even more!
