Wow, you're doing it the from-scratch way, I guess! I've made it before by baking tins of sweetened evaporated milk...it worked great.

Ha ha! Yes it was. That post was a) exactly my point! I've run into those jerks on King St. too! and b)hilarious because I have dark sense of humour.

I'd love to! But it has to be refrigerated until you use it -- Although its cold outside, I don't trust USPS or Canada Post to keep it away from heating vents!
