Header Tutorial.
Photoshop CS2.

I completely forgot who made the most of textures I used for this header so, If you know, please tell me and I'll credit.
Well,
we'll be going from this to this




Crop and Resize your picture. This one's 600x305px.



Duplicate the Background Layer and set the copy on SCREEN 77%.
Sharp once.



Go to Layer->New Adjustment Layer->Curves:
RGB:
Input:226
Output: 240

Input:202
Output: 238

Input:36
Output: 0
Set the layer on SOFT LIGHT 50%.
This is how the picture should look like:



Go to Layer->New Adjustment Layer->Selective Colours:
Reds:
-100 0 +35 0
Yellows:
-39 0 +29 0
Neutrals:
-27 +10 +23 0



Go to Layer->New Adjustment Layer->Hue&Saturation:
Set the Saturation to +23
Set the layer on SOFT LIGHT 50%.



Go to Layer->New Adjustment Layer->Selective Colours:
Neutrals:
+50 0 -47 0



Add this texture made by trex-ture and set it on COLOR BURN 100%.



Add this light texture (I can't remember who made it ;_;) and set it on SCREEN 100%.



Add this texture made by Màquina, put it where you want and set it on SCREEN 100%.
Add two floral brushes made by toybirds and here you are ♥
