Dairyland Greyhound Racetrack in Kenosha, WI will be closing on 12/31/09. 900 Greyhounds need to be adopted or they will be euthanized. Please help me get the word out; there are only 6 weeks to get this done. Join the drive for life comm here on LJ, I bet they have people who can help. There are also some similar groups on Yahoo, and contact the local Greyhound Rescue (http://www.adopt-a-greyhound.org/ is one, but there are several, since Greyhounds are particularly in danger of being euthanized). I wish I could have puppies!
