Is there a certain time of day you're likely to get them? It's early afternoon for me. No idea about trigger.
Possible triggers for today: arrival of cloudy/windy/rainy weather, later lunch time, high anxiety.

I recall a bunch of people in SW Ontario having migraines last September during the afternoon, I believe. I would get one at 4pm like clockwork.

So many variables as to why I might get them, I've given up on trying to sort out the causes and just medicate.
Various things at one time or another that seemed to have caused a migraine; high stress, too much sleep, not enough sleep, chocolate, orange juice, old cheese, peanut butter, orgasm, overheating, being too cold, hungry, low blood sugar, back ache, neck ache, bright light, loud noise, depression, work, perfume, paint fumes, chemical fumes, children, paperwork, assholes, second hand cigarette smoke, alcohol, a whack in the head, weather, eyestrain, bright light on snow, waking up, anxiety, uncomfortable clothes, aching feet, walking too much, over exertion, gardening etc etc. You get the idea...
Love you! Hope you feel better.
