I can see you were unsure about posting it, since it is not so much pure smut :) as a great insight on how the two of them would face and solve relationship issues. Love the motivation for Wilson moving in, and what the fuck is a poaching cup? I'm with House on that :).
Extra points for Wilson not wanting to be naked on the couch, of course, but as usual you get them so well throughout it's hard for me to single out a specific line.

What I need now is a manip of Wilson biting his lower lip while his hair is sweated - and maybe a little snapshot of the wet curls on the neck.
I hope we'll see more of this!
