Just want to say hope everyone in the hurricane path is safe and well. We're all stuck in our tiny NYC apartments, but so far suffering nothing worse than acute boredom and badly mussed hair from a desperate last-minute caffeine run. :)

Same to you! I'm currently upstate so things aren't too bad (sounds like tomorrow it might get a little crazy), but thankfully my parents back in NYC are riding it out alright. My family in NJ lost power already so we're hoping that bit of bad luck doesn't spread.

Oh, I hope your parents aren't among the peeps who got flooded/lost power. I feel very lucky. Just bored and the BF is getting annoying. (He's ready to get on his bike and go home. Heh.) Be well!
