So I got my auto-ject and my home health nurse earlier than expected. No problems at all, actually, much better than expected. Yeah, my arm hurt like somebody punched the hell out of it, but that went away after 15 minutes or so. It's still kind of red, but no biggie. I think this will be ok. Thank God. Thank GOD!

In march they diagnosed me with MS, and it's to slow down the rate of progression. Luckily, I have a kind that is really slow/not progressive anyway so it's not nearly as bad as it sounds. Mostly I have to take good care of myself and take these shots and things will be good.

"Auto-ject"? So yu don't have to stick yourself? A machine does it? DO you have to do this one daily?

*hugs* You are one of few people I know who take an active part in their own health, and I am so glad to be able to witness this.

yeah, it's actually kind of cool. You put the syringe in the thing that looks kind of like storage for tampons and then it injects me by depressing the plunger and I never even have to see the needle. Not too shabby!
