In Other Words Women's Bookstore, the last surviving non-profit feminist bookstore in the United States, is in danger of closing at the end of this month if we do not help them raise $11k by December 31st.

I feel so bad, I heart IOW. It's happening here too to our BookWoman store.

Seriously, so sad. With the economy the way it is, the non-profits suffer SO much...aside from the unemployment, etc.
I just keep reminding myself to be grateful and give when I can...
