Well, I called the lady that I'm supposed to call. Only I got the answering machine. She hasn't called yet so I decided to go on-line again and see what I could figure out. My pell grant is in!! Huzzah! Now all I have to do is register and start classes! I do have one tiny obstacle, I don't know exactly what the classes are that the counselor wants me to take. Today I went to CCD and took the testing....53 in Algebra, 110 in reading comprehension and 117 in sentence skills. I have no idea what those numbers mean yet, but I will meet with a counselor tomorrow and find out ( Read more... )

Today was boring.....Yesterday at noon I was at my friend's house for a women's spiritual group. It was so empowering! There were only 5 of us there, but that was just enough. We drew affirmation cards and mine were.... "You're a open minded woman", "You're a flexible woman" and "You're a healthy woman" The first two are very true and I guess ( Read more... )
