There have been a few things that have really gotten under my skin this week, so I thought I'd vent them on here. If you don't want to read a bunch of ranting I'd move on.

First off I miss the pretty SFA campus. I think most of the school probably doesn't remember such a time, but I do. It uses to be the biggest draw of this campus, but now, with all the damn construction, it's just ugly. And not just visually, this use to be a very peaceful and quite campus, but now everything is drowned out by jackhammers and heavy machinery. Also instead of the sweet smell of pine all I smell is dust. They call it progress, but should it be at the cost of what makes this campus special?

On the same note of construction, I'm sure most of you have noticed the work that is being done on the steps of the theatre building. It boggles the mind why they would rip up the nice bricks and not only replace them, but replace them with cement that's painted to look like brick. The paint isn't even water protected, so the paint is bleeding on to the rest of the steps. Why! Why would they fucking do that?!

Finally there's my interpersonal communications teacher, Dr. Fry. This has to be the worst class I've taken in college. The man actually drains my will to learn. After his class I don't want to go to my next one, and I like that class. The man thinks that the capital of Japan is Kyoto, yeah maybe 150 years ago. I am not learning a damn thing. Thank God for Amber, Devin, and Gibson. If they weren't in there I think I would fucking lose it in that class.
