Zach jerked sharply, eyes snapping open and staring at a concerned face that was peering down at him. It was a girl in a uniform, and she was saying something, "-sir? Are you alright? You were dead asleep!" She laughed, and Zach stared at her before looking around

Chris was just getting out of his car when the text alert rang out. He kicked the door shut, making sure it was locked before stuffing the keys in his pocket and pulling out his phone. Scanning the message as he walked down the sidewalk, he chuckled and began tapping out a reply.

A chicken clucked as the text reply returned, telling him just who it was that was texting him. He just grinned as he drove through traffic, ignoring his pouting dog in the back seat.

A quick click to Noah's leash when they got there, grabbed his bags, and he pulled out his phone again with a grin.

Chris chucked the phone on the counter and headed over to the door. He was standing in the open doorway when Zach and Noah came up the steps.

"Need any help?" he called out.

"Ho ho ho," Zach called out, laughing. He let go of Noah's leash knowing exactly what Noah would do. "I'm fine, incoming missile!"
