Small earthquake hit my town this afternoon. I was in the middle of my piano class when suddenly I felt the ground moving. First I thought I got a sudden headache which might cause me to faint. Just then I realized that it was not me got dizzy, but it was an earthquake happened. It was small but all the people inside the building had run

Glad to hear you're alright, but 7,3 is quite grave (I believe). I'm somewhat surprised it hasn't been on the news here, especially if it hit the capital as well...

yea, it was very big earthquake. Thousands building near the epicenter were collapsed. Actually the epicenter is about 150 km away from the capital city so the city is saved although it was shaken rather strong. Besides, I heard most of the building in the capital city has been prepared for the earthquake potential up to 7. But I heard many people, especially the workers, got shocked and worn out because they had to get out from their building through the emergency stair for evacuation.

She is allright. She called me in the night. Ternyata hape dia ketinggalan di kost-an .. XDD 9dasar tuh anak). Habis khawatir juga waktu denger berita karyawan di kawasan sudirman banyak yang panik (dia kerja di sana). Apalagi pas denger ada bagian plasa semanggi yang retak (kantor dia di seberang plasa semanggi soalnya) ^^. Thanks God everything is fine.

I was wondering how much people I knew online had felt the earthquake when I heard about it on the news. I'm glad you were alright, though, must've been beyond intimidating. I hope you can contact your sister soon, though it probably is the communication that's suffering under the damage done by the quake.

Glad you're okay, that's a pretty major earthquake, but it's not so bad if it's far away from people.

Yea. I heard a rumor that there will be another earthquake hit java island. Well, let's hope it's just a rumor.

They're probably talking about aftershocks, which can sometimes be pretty bad. .__. No one can predict an earthquake but aftershocks are a known thing, so it's a guess that there may be some.
