Day 41
| BREAKFAST| Sasuke wakes up after killing Itachi and reacts in a way that fails to react; unable to deal with the fact of having succeeded all through breakfast with Naruto, he is unreceptive and non-forthcoming despite Naruto's efforts to get through -- up until Naruto informs him of Kakashi's death. And then they have a screaming match. OTL.
| SECOND SHIFT; (1) SHOWERS| Sasuke attempts to scourge eyeball gunk off his skin, but flees when Too Much Humans inevitably happens. | (2) SUN ROOM| Kakashi finds Sasuke and they almost have a beautiful bonding session; Sasuke admits that he killed Itachi, and Kakashi tells him about Obito.
| LUNCH| Sasuke arranges a date with the steady Aidou for his mental health and also to get Uchiha stuff during Nightshift.
|FOURTH SHIFT| -- (Supposed to meet for Sakura if not for Sauce-mun-fail.)
| DINNER| Silent dinner with Allen.
Night 41
>> Sasuke is calmer for Nightshift, but also decides to cope-without-coping, tried-and-true Sasuke logic for getting where he wants.
>> He meets up with Aidou in front of the Sun Room. Aidou is apparently a possible target for a bounty hunter, but Sasuke asserts that he'll protect their lovelove time fulfill his duty as ally, and they head off.
>> And so they move along, obscurely comforted by each other's presence, though Sasuke has impertinent thoughts when Aidou takes the lead as they travel upstairs.
>> They decide on raiding files as the first order of business. Sasuke kicks the door in like a true gentleman and Aidou finds him Itachi's file while he continues to not-cope.
>> Part two of date night, raiding Patient Possessions ... and suddenly the Institue fills with blood! Sasuke is only lucky that the night ends before the trauma flashback he can't fight off becomes fully fledged.

Day 42
| TO DOYLETON; BUS #3| After waking panicked and pocketing Itachi's necklace, Sasuke grouches at poor innocent Yosuke for the whole bus trip. Yosuke opens mouth, inserts foot. ??? Profit.
| MAGUS PARK| Magical Girl Nurse-chan saddles Sakura with the task of taking Sasuke around town. Sasuke is supremely ungrateful as usual, but Sakura talks circles around his logic and wins a date in the end!
| MAIN STREET| But Sasuke is boring and just wants to talk serious stuff. Up until serious stuff includes learning that Shika is useful, which makes Sasuke's childhood memories rock a bit on their foundations.
| TASTY BURGER| Sasuke drops something important in the line and goes apeshit on poor Suzaku, who only wanted to return it and comment on how angry his pants are. Sakura is bemused by Yuri Lowenthal, but the thread isn't finished.
SasuSaku appear to vanish off the records of earth time for the rest of Dayshift, which is a complicated way to say that either we didn't thread it, or the mun has forgotten where to find the threads. >_>;
Night 42
>> Either way, they start the night in Bill's Hardware stealing things like good ninja, but suddenly the storekeep starts rotting! And more rotting beings invade! Team SasuSaku grab blunt objects and bust out the window to cap some zombie ass.
>> Except zombie ass turns out to be Nightmare on Main Street, aka Zombietachi. Sasuke reveals his woobie side in the midst of heated battle by doing a barrel roll pushing Sakura out of the way of a Katon and she returns the favour by splattering Itachi brains all over him -- but not before Itachi fulfills a life goal and sinks his teeth into some fresh otouto shoulder. Still, Sasuke gets up and lights the corpse on fire before booking it.
>> After Return of Fratricide, Team SasuSaku progress right along to breaking and entering in 7 Ames Street. Infected, Sasuke nearly bites Sakura and it's almost hot ... until she realises he's got that zombie bug and smacks him one. They find a map before night ends and Sasuke can run rotting into the night.

Day 43
| FIRST SHIFT; (1) SUN ROOM| Sasuke wakes up and grouches about neck-bites, taking note of IRIS without really paying attention. Sai finds him. (cue dramatic music). | (2) SUN ROOM| And unceremoniously drags him over to meet with Shikamaru, who didn't want the company. Sai attempts to impress the seriousness of visitors upon Shika by using Sasuke, but Shika is having none of it and Sasuke is underwhelmed by the expectation that he care. S-Club 3 fails to be a dream come true.
| BRUNCH| “You stink!” he declared churlishly, stuffing a slice of orange into his mouth as though it would make things better. And thus Sasuke's infection is discovered. Worried that his steady might lose his good looks, Aidou demands a date during the nightshift and Sasuke acquiesces. Complaining about disappearing allies ensues.

Night 43
>> Kakashi shows up for Uchiha storytime, but as is usually the case with Sasuke, there is no happily ever after. Sasuke learns the truth, Sasuke flips out, Sasuke yells at Sakura when she tries to walk in ...
>> Eventually remembering his date with the bf, Sasuke staggers out of his room to meet Aidou and tries to convince himself that he's not hearing anything funny on the intercom throughout the entire ... undeniably bitchy-on-all-sides conversation.
>> After their conversation ends, Sasuke attempts to take a few steps away from where he is and is foiled by SUDDEN DEATH. Itachi's death. Itachi's death at his hands in the Institute, to be precise. If his mun had ever written it, it would be traumatising. As it is, the extent of the trauma is best left to the imagination.

Day 44
| BREAKFAST| In the morning, the aftermath of Itachi's death faces up against Obito's death, making it obvious that Uchiha essentially exist to traumatise and die. Kakashi speaks to Sasuke not about guilt, for which he is grateful, but the future, for which he is not. The conversation does not resolve, but it informs.
| SECOND SHIFT; SUN ROOM| Sasuke's pensive and brooding shoulders run into Suzaku's, but having started off on the wrong foot the two proceed to step on each other's sore feet at the same time. Fail.
| LUNCH| But having someone concrete to be pissed off at soothes Sasuke's fur very slightly, meaning he can form non-antagonistic sentences in time for the vampire boyfriend to show up and find out that he 'died'.
| FOURTH SHIFT; SHOWERS| The predictable business with one blue-eyed blond sadly doesn't quite stabilise Sasuke in time for a wetter encounter with another one. Sasuke startles Naruto with strange questions and draws some conclusions from the answers, but leaves Naruto with none. Why Naruto still puts up with him remains the most bizarre mystery.

Night 44
>> True to word, Kakashi sends Jiraiya to speak with Sasuke. Although surprised by the revelation of Konoha's role in the Uchiha massacre, Jiraiya is able to believe it. With little love lost between himself and the elders, Jiraiya informs Sasuke that the elders were likely to blame, and that he has no particular interest in fighting to keep them alive. (Thread is unfinished and content agreed on by players.)

Day 45
| BREAKFAST| Sasuke is brainwashed into believing that he is Sean Li, star student with delinquent tendencies. At breakfast he runs into his old pervert of a gym teacher, and the boy he thinks he fought with all through high school. Naruto and Kakashi treat Sasuke like a particularly fragile psych ward patient, and Sean Li calls them names.
| SECOND SHIFT; SUN ROOM| Sean goes on to break some vampire brains, but because the Sasuke-mun is a waste of oxygen the thread is unfinished.
| LUNCH| But wait! Thank god! There is someone in this hellhole who has seen the light of reality. Sakura, brainwashed into being Courtney, and Sasuke huddle together in Landel's-sane relief and conclude that they're cool. A bit of gossip and talk of family ensues that doesn't end in death and destruction, and it's entirely probably Sasuke is better off brainwashed.
| FOURTH SHIFT; SUN ROOM| A prodigal pirate returns in the form of Usopp, and a relieved and then somewhat upset Sai attempts to explain to him what has happened in the Institute. Sean thinks they're both crazy and does not hesitate to inform them as much. Poor Usopp is forced to choose between the two, and makes the very wise and perceptive decision to go with the ninja not shooting eye laser death glares.
| DINNER| Silent dinner.
Night 45
>> Naruto actually turns up to shout at/babysit a still-brainwashed Sasuke BUT BECAUSE SASUKE-MUN IS A WASTE OF ALL THE OXYGEN THERE IS NO THREAD. ALL THE OXYGEN, WASTED. ಥ益ಥ

Day 46 [HIATUS]
Night 46
>> Sasuke wakes up after a day of solid sleeping because his mun was running around southern China and immediately has the unhappy revelation that all the sweet nothings he believed the previous day were indeed nothings.
>> Although unwilling to admit it, Sasuke finds himself in something of shock and stalks the halls without aim.
>> Fortunately, he runs into Heat, who is waiting for someone else but amused by Sasuke's blindness ... until Sasuke speaks with someone else's voice. Oh, those voice actors and their having work. Both are startled, intrigued, and lack anything better to do and so embark on a one-night stand.
>> But they at least exchange names first.
>> Propriety pays off in the form of an attacking aquila, which is attracted by their combined virginness and then taken down by their combined stabbiness. Heat digs in and Sasuke is surprised right up until he decides that he doesn't mind treating on the first date. Night ends before they can rain any more misfortune onto the innocent beasties of the Institute.

|BREAKFAST| --
| SECOND SHIFT; RECREATIONAL FIELD| Sasuke wakes all flushed with the joy of slaughtering virgin-eating birds, but Kakashi brings him crashing back to reality with the arrival of Obito. As touchingly tactful as ever, Sasuke warns that Kakashi had best find Obito first if he wants to get to tell certain stories his way.
| LUNCH| It's love! It's fate! Or it's having bonded over killing dead birds. Whatever the case, they have a quite civil conversation by Sasuke's recent standards, discussing swords, alchemists, disappearing alchemists, and the amount of access Heat has to the chakra in his arm.

Night 47
Aidou locates Sasuke in his room for a much-desired talk, in which Aidou wants to know why Sasuke hasn't called lately and Sasuke admits that he's been a touch busy baby but he still loves you. Aidou also informs Sasuke that's he's met, or at least knows of, Obito's presence in the Institute and they plan to meet again the next night before parting ways.
At which point, is there a rest of the night? Not for Sasuke. Because Sasuke-mun is a waste of oxygen.
