• I'm not dead!
• I got an iPod Nano for Christmas, and several new albums
• ...which included The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan, the first Bob Dylan album I'm not all that impressed with.

Actually, I got Freewheelin... earlier in the month, but I count it as part of my Christmas stuff, along with my vinyl copy of The Soft Bulletin. (Don't judge me, I like it.) I also got The Bootleg Series Volume Five, which is from the Rolling Thunder Revue and kicks ass. My actual Christmas haul was an Amazon.com gift card which I used to get Nashville Skyline, The Basement Tapes, and John Wesley Harding along with a vidjamagame for my DS, Disgaea DS.

My iPod also came with a $50 gift card, which I promised myself I'd use to branch out into new bands, and not for buying stuff from either the Flaming Lips or Bob Dylan. (Except maybe the bonus tracks from Embryonic. But I'm afraid that if I do that, I'll end up blowing the whole thing on a bunch of their EPs and early albums and stuff.)
