I was never his fan, but still I sort of liked him. He's a great sport to make fun of himself, but I feel a little sad about the whole thing.

i too had mixed feelings-i use to be a big fan but i find the constant self publicity a bit to much to cope with and have stopped following his events.I still love him in WHO and TW especially season 1/2.I watched the show and it was kind of funny-but preferred Kai Owen's rendition of I am Barrowman-i thought that was more original--this just seemed to be cashing in.I did think he was actually quite restrained in this -especially after Hustle where i thouht his acting was OTT.

I went and found it on youtube - MY question was, DOES Torchwood still make a sh*tload of money? Otherwise WHY would he be doing such horribly embarrassing skits like this on national television (I was embarrassed just watching it).

I know! It's one thing if somebody else parodies him -- that happens to all showbiz people. But this self-parodying was weird because it isn't so far from the truth and you wonder if JB realises it!
