The death of Genny

Genny, or Genesis, is the name I gave my car.
It was my first, hence the name.

I am so fucking in debt now it seems I have to sell her.

I already have a couple interested buyers.

I started cleaning her out today.

I want to cry sort of.

I remember my first car, even though it was purchased by my parents so I could drive to ASU and find work and whatnot. It was a 95 Ford Contour that I dubbed Carl the Contour.

I started working at Papa John's a few months after we bought it and it lasted for about four months until it overheated and the engine blew. It highly upset me.

Not too long after that, they bought me a 93 Pontiac Grand Am that I named Perry. I drove that thing for two years before we sold it to my brother's friend about a month ago. It didn't sadden me as much because even though that car had so much personality, it was mechanically unreliable (I went back to work at Papa John's the day after we bought it and the transmission went out between a week and a month later) and I drive more than my family members who live with me. It feels weird seeing someone else drive a car that I drove for two years.

i heard he was in an accident and i haven't heard much news about his situation.
