I can so understand this, I missed weightwatchers for 7 weeks and put 10lbs back on, I can feel every ounce of it, and am trying hard to lose it.
Weight is a constant battle for me, I have three more stone to lose, and I have given myself a year to do it.
Last time I lost the weight, I did notice that suddenly I had become socially acceptable, far more employable and seemingly more trustworthy...yes society is vain, yes society is unaccepting but like you I bring up not just me, but my kids by the motto of our wonderful family....
truth, honour, respect and integrity and at least I know I can say..... size really doesn't matter, but if you are happier then I know I am happier for you...
