huh, that's really weird. i hope its not true because i NEED to keep a diary so i dont explode from bottling up emotions.

but i used to get really bad headaches, i have terrible insomnia, and some pretty awful stomach problems. social problems, not so much.

i don't know, there could be a correlation, but that doesnt have to mean that keeping a diary causes it.
oh well.

I think diaries/journals are convenient. I can write down little things I forget. And when I do get the chance to read through my books, I find out all these little things!
