Congratulations on making a choice to better yourself, and good luck with the move and all it entails!

Picking up your life and moving across the country is haaard. I'm still reeling from it, and things definitely didn't go as smoothly as I though/hoped/wanted, even with someone to help me along the way. It's all worth it, though. I hope it will be the same for you. :) It sounds like you have a good support system there, so that is awesome! Change is refreshing, but difficult, so it's good to know that you will have someone there with you. Getting away from drama and stress is good! I hope everything works out for the best. I'll be praying for you, dear!

Oh man, though. It sucks that you'll be moving out just as I hope to be moving back. Also, Derek and I will be getting married around that time, too. Maybe a bit sooner. I dunno. But I've been deciding who I want in my wedding, and I'd love you to be a bridesmaid! So be sure to save the date when we finally decide on one. The ceremony will be held in St. Louis.

I do have a good support system there. One of my best friends currently lives there, one of them is from there and will be there when they aren't at school, and I've got a really good friend that lives there as well. I think it was fate telling me this is when and where I need to move.

I'd love to be a bridesmaid! I wasn't planning on missing the ceremony for anything, and now I certainly won't. What I'll do depends on when your wedding is, but I'll either come back or wait to leave.
