This would be why I love Ancient Ruins, too. Sometimes, when you're standing there, and you close your eyes, it's almost like you can hear an echo of what life was like there in another time, and see the past painted like a moving picture on the backs of your eyelids.

Cory plays this one computer game, Bioshock - I think you'd love it because of what you wrote above.

It's too bad that we didn't get more time to hang out together without it being at a game or interfearance of others, since I LUV decaying/delapitated/abandoned buildings, too. There are a lot of places up and down Hwy-1 we could have explored. <3

Aww, yeah I love love love Bioshock, and Bioshock2. If he likes that he might like Fallout 2.

Yeah I wish we had more hang out time. I was just thinking about you yesterday. I did not know you liked abandoned places as well. I love you even more, if that is possible.

You two have to come out some time to the east coast, we could show you DC. You are more than welcome to come and stay with us while you are out here. We have a town home, and you two could either stay in their room or in the pull out bed.

*hugs and love*

Cory and I would love that. I've not seen any of the national monuments, nor the museums, and have wanted to go for years. It's just a matter of saving for the trip - which won't be until next year at the earliest since we're spending our savings on our big reception/vow renewal this year (for all of my relatives that were offended we didn't invite them last year to our tiny ceremony).

We're also saving up $20K so that we can move to Vancouver BC (I'm tired of living in the states, and if CA is sitting that badly with me, I highly doubt the rest of the country would sit any better).

So...2011/2012? At least then Aya might be big enough to be pushed around in a stroller without much fuss, and I'm sure Toshi would set a good example for his little sister. ^_^

*hugs & love back*

i'm doing really well. these last 2.5 years of being back in the US have been a heck of an adventure, and there is every indication that things are going to continue at a breakneck pace.

how are you? what have you been up to?
