i lagik, mngr kopi jer. but there is sooo much ive learnt. business wise, customer wise, giving feedback, mnging my priorities and 1001 things. and being in starbucks, serving customers, is my passion. i love what im doing.
everyone think its about buat kopi in my line of work, but hell no, its not. to be a barista, u go tru 60 hrs of training, whats more the mngr's post.
my pay is not big, f&b pay is nver big.
my parents never liked what im doing, but ive lasted 5 yrs hopefully more..
as long as we are happy with our jobs, hunny :)

i have, more often than not, the days when people's words and thoughts bring me down.
and i have been teaching, (or should i say bum-wiping) for 3 years, and i have seen enough of the harshness in the nature of the job.
The kids are all about love. and they, taught me how to handle their difficult parents, and to outwit the ones who enjoys the swivel chairs more than anything else, in the world.
neither my pay is ever big, will ever be big. no matter how many ribs i break while carrying them, itll never be big
