So I already asked the people I thought could be the most helpful with this inquiry, but I'm curious: Do any of ya'll know a good vegetarian and/or salad cookbook? I definitely want to start eating more veggies/cooking at home - and I LOVE salads but really lack the creativity to keep it interesting when I make them myself. This is the list my ( Read more... )

i don't just know two people that could help....just two that i know cook at home a lot and could most likely point me in the right direction

One time Nicole and I made this salad that was really good. We sliced apples really thin and chopped walnuts and put crumbled goat cheese in it. I know it kind of sounds weird but it was really good and I think we used a raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

i don't really use cookbooks other than my soup one. i mostly get vegetarian recipes by tweaking non-vegetarian ones on food network or martha stewart.
