This has been a year of ups and downs. Mostly ups and a few downs. First the downs than the ups

1. Befriended someone who I thought was a nice guy. Seemed nice, quirky and compasionate. Had a lot of growing up to do but still room for improvement right?  Wrong. He belittled me in front of other people. Started trying to claim he had it worse than

Balance is good. You do not suck. It is not your fault if you say something and someone gets mad about it. It's their choice to be angry. You didn't make the choice for them. So that mitigates 3 and tips the balance slightly to the good.
