Yes, they argue quite a lot. That's what they can do best in this awkward situation. I think they don't really know how to deal with what happend between them. Especially Luke. Reid's quite casual about it and sees it as a one-time thing. But he too knows that he might have overstepped a line..with Noah being his patient and all. Reid's a doctor and a true professional...normally he wouldn't get involved with someone who's so close to one of his patients.
I think they still have to process for themselves what their feelings are...dealing with what happened on their own.
There definitely will be a good heart to heart talk but not so soon.

What a fantastic update. You have both of them so in character here. The conversation is dead on with what would have happened if something had happened then. LOL the inside out sweater!

Even with the insults flying back and forth there is still something underneath. Their looks at each other, the grabbing of Luke's wrist and examination of the scar, and the heavy breathing were great non verbal touches you added to show that connection.

And you're right, there's something underneath. Thoughts and feelings they might not even be fully aware of at this time. There's still so much for them to figure out.

Very realistic chapter! I wondered how they were gonna act with each other after they the act was over and this is perfect. Luke feels awkward, confused, angry--very, very Luke.

And Reid is acting nonchalant, a bit detached but still caring there when he's examining the scar.

Can't wait to see more of the fallout from this. Great chapter.

Loved it! Dr. Oliver doesn't know the level to which Luke can freak out. And it Natalee hadn't just walked in Dr. It was a One time thing just about had that theory blown way out of the water. These boys are just too hot for each other. Can't wait for more.
