wow, haven't written in this in a while.  so.. in my abortion class today, my teacher asked us if, say, a woman is being beaten by her husband/boyfriend, but she keeps going back to him and she keeps filing charges against him and then dropping them.. Now, say she's pregnant, and his beatings hurt her baby. Can she be charged with child

Yeah, and you just reminded me I should have made it generic, not just talking about abusive men here but abusive women as well.. and people do go back saying "oh, things are better," or "I love him/her" and I said all those things, but wow.. I was saying those things because it was just a cycle that would quickly go from being fine and happy, to just plain bad
