So we arrived in Nashville around 4:00, and we went to Phonoluxe Records and Grimey's where I practiced great self-restraint but still ended up spending way more money than I should have. I got

After all that time I spent asking you about bringing your camera! For shame, Beth.
I'm crazy about strings, too. They can actually make me cry on their own. I'm not proud of it, but its true.
Is he as die-hard handsome as he looks in pictures?
Man, I can only imagine how incredible that must have been. He's supposed to be making 48 other albums, each based on a different state. Maybe I will get to see him one of those times, if everyone here decides to stop being cool long enough to let me get a ticket before it sells out.
Me and Tater were in the balcony so we couldn't see him real well, but the other 2 people we came with were down on the floor and they said they were swooning. He was mighty fine from what I could tell of him.
Have you heard of the Paducah Artist's Relocation Program? You may be a big young to care about these kinds of things, but they're offering 0% interest home loans to people who want to come and help them revitalize Paducah and turn it into and artsy-fartsy little place. I *almost* moved there a few years ago. But then I chickened out. In your opinion, could an artist make it there? Do you like living there? Just curious. (I don't really usually ask this many questions of total strangers, I swear! :)
I have heard of the artist relocation program. I went on a tour of the galleries/houses there in lowertown. They're all really cool places, with super nice people that own them.
I know of lots of people who do make it here as an artist, so I reckon you can!
I really do enjoy living here. It's a small town, but not TOO small, and though it is a bit boring at times (especially if you like the night life), I'd reccommend it. :)
Phonoluxe is more... downscale, I guess? Their store isn't as nice, and they are cheaper. They also don't have as many lesser-known bands. I'd say they probably had more, though, in general.

What part of Kentucky are you in? I lived in Louisville for a couple years and loved it, but travelled extensively throughout the state. Soooo pretty!

Well, all I really need to do is to compare it to Grimey's.
