Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is he heavyset, thin, short, rangy?
Tall, but not really tall. About 5'11". Thin, but very fit.
2. How old is he?
When he was arrested: about 18-19
Dark Signer arc: about 21
Crash Town: about 22-23
3. Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch?
He has a very confident stance. In private, he might slouch a bit, but most of the time, he carries himself like he's very sure of himself and his place in the world.
4. How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
Well...he's dead. So he's as healthy as someone who's dead can be.
No, actually: up until the point when he was arrested, he was actually pretty fit. He didn't eat regularly, but he wasn't going hungry. He did a lot of running around, since they don't have D-Wheels in Satellite, and also a lot of fighting, so he was pretty in shape and capable of doing both.
While in prison, he was beaten and probably starved and just generally did not do well. He probably died from an illness or starvation.
After the Dark Signers got to live again, he never completely healed from his treatment in prison, but he wasn't noticeably sick. Also, he somehow ended up completely invincible so who knows.
In the City, he's pretty healthy since he was pulled from a time where Ccapac Apu was looking out for him.
5. How does he move? Is he clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
He's mostly fluid in his movements.
6. How attractive is this character physically? How does he perceive himself in the mirror?
Like any white-haired pretty-boy in YGO, he's fairly attractive. Not quite as attractive as my PB for him but OH WELL. He relies more on his charisma than his looks to get what he wants. He's most indifferent to what he sees in the mirror; he's still proud enough not to hate it, but he doesn't really like himself.
7. Describe his complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?
VERY LIGHT. Like whoa. And he doesn't tan, so he just keeps getting lighter... ALSO he does not have a criminal marker in the City, it was just easier that way.
8. Describe his hair: color, texture, style.
Light blue/white. Front is shorter than the back. Most of it hangs past his shoulders when it's down, but it's usually up in a ponytail. It is a 1bMiii.
9. What color are his eyes?
Gold.
10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features?
The red mark on his face when he's a Dark Signer! And also the mark on his right forearm in the shape of the Astronaut Nazca line.
11. What are his chief tension centers?
Shoulders/neck/scalp
12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does he have six of the same suit?
His wardrobe consists almost entirely of blue, black, and dark red clothing. He prefers casual/comfortable clothes, or clothes appropriate for clubbing, but he doesn't really own anything dressy. He actually dresses not unlike my PB for him, only with less white.
13. Do his clothes fit well? Does he seem comfortable in them?
Yep.
14. Does he dress the same on the job as he does in his free time? If not, what are the differences?
Nope. Well, not always. He hasn't some nicer clothes for his job, but usually he just wears his Dark Signer uniform.

Speech
1. What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse?

2. How does he normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does he talk easily, or does he hesitate?
He's generally louder and faster than the average person, even in English! Most of the time, he speaks very deliberately. If he starts getting quieter then usual, it's because he's upset about something or really, really pissed off. If he starts hesitating, it because he feels uncomfortable or upset.
3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
I don't think he has an unusual accent, but feel free to correct me on that! His only real quirk, I think, is punctuating every other sentence with laughter or giggles or breathy amused sounds or the like.
4. What language/s does he speak, and with how much fluency?
Japanese is his native language. Since arriving in the City, he's learned English, and is mostly fluent in that. He's also learned a couple phases in Spanish.
5. Does he switch languages or dialects in certain situations?
He switches to English when speaking to someone not Japanese. As soon as someone shows they know Japanese though, BOOM right back to Japanese until the end of time.
6. Is he a good impromptu speaker, or does he have to think about his words?
The first one.
7. Is he eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change?
Neither...? It changes when he's upset.
Mental and Emotional
1. How intelligent is this character? Is he book-smart or street-smart?
He's definitely street-smart. He's pretty intelligent in general, but he does make really bad choices.
2. Does he think on his feet, or does he need time to deliberate?
Thinks on his feet most of the time, but he does tend to plan out initial actions.
3. Describe the character's thought process. Is he more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical?

Preschool.

5. What are his areas of expertise? What, if anything, is he interested in learning more about?
Dueling! Also explosives. He likes chemistry, anthropology, and languages, but he doesn't go out of his way to learn about that stuff.

Extrovert.
7. Describe the character's temperament. Is he even-tempered or does he have mood swings? Cheerful or melancholy? Laid-back or driven?
LOL SO MANY MOOD SWINGS. His general temperament is pretty friendly and ambitious, but he has a hair-trigger temper, although he's gotten a lot better about that.
8. How does he respond to new people or situations? Is he suspicious, relaxed, timid, enthusiastic?
He is naturally suspicious of new things/people/places.
9. Is he more likely to act, or to react?
Both.
10. Which is his default: fight or flight?
Fight.

Pretty dark. He appreciates pranks on other people but not himself.

Most likely! It's pretty obvious there's something going on, but I have not figured out what yet. And he just...deals? He doesn't think there's anything wrong.
13. What moments in this character's life have defined him as a person?
Zero Reverse, growing up in Satellite, that night he was arrested.
14. What does he fear?
Failure and being alone.
15. What are his hopes or aspirations?
At the moment, it's just to be happy and not die in the next weird thing to hit the City. And to settle things with Yuusei.
16. What is something he doesn't want anyone to find out about him?
That he...might have loved Saitou? idk
Relationships
1. Describe this character's relationship with his parents.
Pretty good before they died when he was four.
2. Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like?
He had a younger brother who also died in Zero Reverse! His brother was one at the time so they probably didn't have much of a relationship.
3. Are there other blood relatives to whom he is close? Are there ones he can't stand?
He doesn't have any blood family anymore that he knows about. o7
4. Are there other, unrelated people whom he considers part of his family? What are his relationships with them?
He has non-blood "brothers" who are his closest friends. As of these two logs, his relationship with Crow is sort of okay. His relationship with Yuusei is still very rocky, but is improving. Jack's never been in the City, so Kiryu still sort of hates him.
Alastair, Bakura, and Saitou (kind of) are on much better terms with him, but it's always possible that could change. And it did, once, with Alastair, but that didn't last long. And no he and Alastair are in love so who even knows!
5. Who is/was the character's best friend? How did they meet?
Was: Yuusei, Demak, Saitou (only because Saitou's no longer there)
Is: Alastair
Yuusei...idk, it's never come up so I haven't thought about it. Demak, obviously, was when he became a Dark Signer. Saitou came in the day after he did and he poked his intro post...and then kind of stalked him after that oops. Alastair he also met over the comm!

Bakura, Shockwave....man his CR is almost completely gone....
7. Does he make friends easily, or does he have trouble getting along with people?
He makes friends fairly easily, but he has trouble making very good friends. He does also have trouble getting along with some people. His is a like it or hate it personality.
8. Which does he consider more important: family or friends?
"Family"...who are his friends so...
9. Is the character single, married, divorced, widowed? Has he been married more than once?
He is currently in a serious relationship with Alastair. In canon, he's definitely single, but probably had a few flings with...various characters...

I already answered that!

First crush...was probably Yuusei. His latest crush was Starscream, because his feelings for Alastair and Saitou have move past "crush".

Someone who can check and temper him. Or someone who has a shit load in common with him.
13. Does the character have children? Grandchildren? If yes, how does he relate to them? If no, does he want any?
Nope, nope, and nope.
Okay, in canon, in Crash Town, he gets a couple kids to take care of, and he likes them, but I don't think he would actually go out and try to have a kid. They kind of fell in his lap.
14. Does he have any rivals or enemies?
LMAO. Yes. Yuusei, Security, Cavil, the Major.
15. What is the character's sexual orientation? Where does he fall on the Kinsey scale?
He's a 3-4.
16. How does he feel about sex? How important is it to him?
He likes sex, and sometimes he really wants sex, but he wouldn't die if he couldn't get any. Also, sex is not as important as dueling. Take that as you will.
17. What are his turn-ons? Turn-offs? Weird bedroom habits?

Beliefs
1. Do you know your character's astrological (zodiac of choice) sign? How well does he fit type?
I choose his birthday as April 15, making his an Aries. I picked that because he very much is an Aries. There's pretty much no way to know what year he could have been born, but he's probably a Metal Rat.
2. Is this character religious, spiritual, both, or neither? How important are these elements in his life?
He didn't used to be spiritual at all...then he died. Now he isn't really religious, but he is extremely devoted to his God, and he is pretty spiritual. He's more than willing to believe in ghosts and supernatural beings and fate.
3. Does this character have a personal code of morals or ethics? If so, how did that begin? What would it take to compromise it?
He does! It's a very warped mix of Bushido and your typical YGO friendship speech. It comes down to, basically, "Betrayal should be punished by death." I have no idea how it started, but pretty much everything he does can be explained by this.
And nothing compromises it. After coming back to life, he decided that his actions as a Dark Signer and just before he was arrested meant he'd betrayed his friends, and therefor he deserved to die. And so he went out seeking death.
But he's also pretty willing to rationalize other's people's actions as still fitting with this view (until he absolutely can't anymore)
4. How does he regard beliefs that differ from his? Is he tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent?
He's pretty tolerant? Unless that belief holds betrayal in high regard.
5. What prejudices does he hold? Are they irrational or does he have a good reason for them?
He's prejudiced against Security (and therefore cops/police/government agents in general) and Neo Domino City, and he has some slight prejudices against non-Japanese. The first one isn't too irrational; Security kind of sucked ass in Satellite while he was growing up and they steadily got worse. Extending it to any cops is the irrational bit.
Daily Life
1. What is the character's financial situation? Is he rich, poor, comfortable, in debt?
He...was pretty well off. He still had a fair bit of money stowed away after the Decepticon's bank heist. He blew most of it on bailing himself, Alastair, and Yuusei out of jail. Oops. But that will just keep him from traveling much for a while. He's still pretty comfortable right now.
2. What is his social status? Has this changed over time, and if so, how has the change affected him?
Uh...I have no idea. I guess he went from scum of the earth in Satellite to doing pretty well for himself in the City?
3. Where does he live? House, apartment, trailer? Is his home his castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does he share it with others?
In the Hell Towers apartments, owned by Hiruma, who lives down the hall. He used to live in an abandoned hotel, but various City events made it completely unlivable (although sometimes he hangs out there just because). He live in Hell Towers with Alastair and Bakura (and Saitou's stuff).
4. Besides the basic necessities, what does he spend his money on?
Music and trading cards. And Tron stuff. And music stuff.
5. What does he do for a living? Is he good at it? Does he enjoy it, or would he rather be doing something else?
He works as a DJ at Dancitron. He was probably just okay at it at first, but he's been working there for over a year now. Apparently Shockwave thinks he's his best employee, so he must be pretty good! xD; He also occasionally works extra shifts as a bouncer/security staff (lol irony) and he's learning to bartend.
6. What are his interests or hobbies? How does he spend his free time?
Dueling! And more dueling! And riding around the city on his Kawasaki Ninja with Alastair woo. Also listening to music, practicing the harmonica, playing video games.
7. What are his eating habits? Does he skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods?
He eats what Bakura cooks. ;P Occasionally, they will eat out or order in, but they do that a lot less often nowadays than they did while living in the run-down hotel. He doesn't usually skip meals, and he tend to eat a lot, because his powers kind of use up his energy quickly. He definitely does drink and at times, definitely drinks too much, but he's not an alcoholic.
