Afterwards, we went to see the Alvin Alley dance troupe at NJPAC (which I’ve seen three times and never get tired of!), relishing in black cultural events, surrounded by equally uppity black people. I remember when Muhammad Yunus won the Peace Prize. The micro-loans are a great idea.

You sound quite disgruntled. Is this the summer of your discontent?

My brother doesn't seem to think too much of him. But what does the Nobel Prize committee know? Obviously he's the expert.

I'm not really disgrunted, I'm actually quite happy. But things such as, you know, racism gets my goat every now and then. Besides that this is the summer of fun!
