reminds me a bit of an article I read a while ago about a guy who lost 50 lbs by indulging in his cravings for junk food - mind you, he didn't gorge himself on junk food, just eat enough to make the craving go away... by surrounding himself with junk, it meant he could have it whenever he wanted, and therefore didn't feel the need to overdo it when it was available (vs. staying away from unhealthy food like it's the plague, then caving and binging on it)
