Ahh, most of the snow has melted (except for the the nooks and crannies in the shade), and finals are approaching fast. Got a call earlier this week saying that I got the internship at Design Alaska, and must needs call today about the apartment. ^_^ fun times! K, time to get back to work...

Glad everything's working out! Will your internship be top security again? It would be fun to hear about what you're doing up there.

yeah, basking in the sun is very, very nice. Lately its been getting up into short/t-shirt/sandal weather in the afternoons... granted, have to make it through the sub-freezing morning to fully appreciate it ^_^. As for the internship, naw, it won't be top-secret stuff this time (I think). I'll be a design monkey for an engineering firm, prolly mostly playing with auto-cad and the like. Design Alaska focuses on buildings, and so my part (being a mechanical engineering major) will be to help design the heating elements, the ventilation stuff and the like. Hope Seattle is treating ya well these days ~_^.

Actually, my first thoughts about your job were: Yay for pipeline no longer!

Seattle is treating me just fine. =) It's getting sunny and up to 70*F! ...I don't update very often because of sleep deprivation, but it's all good. I had my last 8:30AM class today thankfully. Blegh.

By the way, I didn't mean to sound insulting about presents from you. Art and I will love them of course. It's just that...how to say this over the internet...being friends with you is the best thing you can give us? Therefore, you don't *need* to send us gifts, but we love it when you do. =)

Speaking of gifts, I was tempted to send Chaia another life-sized cardboard standup of you. Unfortunately, I didn't find a place on campus in time...and I figured it probably creeped you out enough already. =)

Good luck with finals, the apartment, and the internship my friend! Oh, and one comment on Lizzy's post, if you "really" want to send us a gift then send us one "Travel-size Companion" (AKA Stephan Brower in case there is a mix-up with the Postal Service), with one way postage! Mwahahaha!! ^_^ Glad life is treating you well, as it has been treating me...except I've caught a virus, but no biggie. ^_^ Ok, back to exams...YAAAA!!!
