So uh, my mother and I tried to make Taiyaki on Sunday, and it didn't turn out very well. :D I got a recipe off the internet, but it was our first time using the Taiyaki mold, so everything overflowed and we got these crackers instead of soft things. It tasted okay, but I'm using pancake mix next time. This recipe used wheat flour and baking soda.
