The moment I hit obese on the BMI scale, I figured it was finally well within my right to make the occassional fat joke.

Sorry you happen to be all offended, but honestly, if it really bother us all that much then maybe its time for us all to get off the computer and go outside.

The BMI scale is such bullshit anyway... you gotta go for a weight that suits your body type, not what some chart tells you. :p

yes... I think BMI is a little ridiculous, because it assumes everyone is built the same way (or should be) ... I mean there'll always be some people who can eat like a bird (and I mean that in the sense that they actually eat as much as they weigh every day) and never gain a pound, and there'll be the ones who diet and excercise and everything like that, and may be really healthy, but still have some fat (almost wrote fart there, oops) ... I figure weight doesn't matter as long as you're healthy.

Also, people are too freakin' sensitive. Make all the friggin fat jokes you want.
