Anime Detour got its name from an old joke in my state (I am from Minnesota ^_^) in that there are only two seasons; Winter and Road Construction. I do hope you can come and having someone send the Glaive UPS might be a good idea.

I managed to drive four hours (plus about a half-hour stop for food and gas) Friday night and Sunday afternoon to get to Ohayocon. It can be done. ^^

Four & a half hours is about the travel time to my father's when you actually get on the north side of the cities on Interstate 94. I managed that driving a car up with my dad to Vern (his current wife's father).

I was also the one who told our favorite Firefly about Anime Detour.
