You found a Starbucks that is still serving TOFFEE NUT LATTES?! WHERE IS THIS MIRACLE PLACE?!
ALSO (in more helpful commentary):
Honestly I think you're expecting too much of yourself, dude. I did not to anything LIKE the amount of work around lectures you want to try to do during my first two years, and I still ended up with all As and Bs (and even if I hadn't, it wouldn't have mattered cause pre-honours you only have to pass your subjects). :P Just do your best to be on time for lectures and take notes that are semi-coherant and then forget about them until you need to sit an exam or write an essay. You'll be fine.

I know that I only have to pass my classes, but I was hoping to get an exchange 3rd year to the US/Canada so I need AMAZING AMAZING grades wheras now I'm sort of averaging 60-65's in all my subjects. Which I'm personally fine with, but apaprently that's like, the bare minimum for exchange. ¬_¬ *sigh*

and tbh - you'll do better in your exams at the end of the year; you have longer to prepare for them; EVERYONE does better in those, and they'll likely leave you with much higher grades overall than you're averaging in your essays. That's what happened with me in first year, anyway.
