Rainy Sunday - perfect for cooking up yummy veggie soups for my weekday lunches. I have been on a total soup kick lately: coconut red curry with lentils, tomato tortellini (love tortellini in soup!), spicy black bean. Today I am making kale-quinoa, which is quite a departure for me, but smells fantastic, which bodes very well
