I've been OD'ing on The Real Housewives of NYC. Ridiculous I know! Whatever, I am totally obsessed with both NYC and what rich people do with their spare time so it's perfect. And that explains my lack of posting here - I swear I'll be back next week.

I had such a great day today. I slept in, grabbed brunch with Tanie, Taylor and Sym, and went to the farmers market. It was raining and I got totally wet but it was still great. It's so swelteringly hot here- it's crazy. It's hotter here than LA this week - wtf. We had the most amazing thunderstorm on Saturday night. That was literally the highlight of my weekend. I had the best weekend. Drinks on an urban patio, brunch, farmer's market - then whisked off to Galiano for a day of intense relaxation. So fun! I came back yesterday so chilled out. I've had a killer week starting with pretty much WORKING all of last weekend. Well, part of it was the somewhat mandatory golf tournament (no I did not golf) and part of it was actual work. Our place is awesome and I haven't taken any pictures yet because it is still a disaster! I spent Sunday lugging boxes up and down stairs and assembling my Ikea Expedit unit - for the third time.
