Title: Percy
Fandom: Percy Jackson and the Olympians
Summary: He has no clue who he is, other than the guy living in the burnt out house in the woods with a pack of giant wolves, but he still has one thing that keeps him going.
Notes: I'm apparently on a parentheses kick all of a sudden?

The wolves are unlike anything he's dealt with before.

(At least, he doesn't think they are; he's fairly certain he'd remember something this crazy)

Maybe it's something to do with waking up in the middle of nowhere with no idea how he got there, but he can't help the nagging feeling that this isn't where he's supposed to be.

(Plus, honestly... wolves?)

A flash of blonde hair, grey eyes, the warm shock of a kiss, a name. He clings to the memory, suffers through Lupa's impatience, and trains harder, until he's trembling from exhaustion.

He has to find her. Annabeth.

Title: Annabeth
Fandom: Percy Jackson and the Olympians
Summary: Sometimes, logic just gets in the way.
Notes: I keep feeling like I've read something almost exactly like this, only better and in full fic form, so if it's from you, then feel free to stab me with a spoon.

Logic tells her that after six months, the chances of finding him are slim. Logic, though, also said it foolish to fall for a boy she knew was supposed to die.

So she searches. Logically, she knows a vanishing act doesn't leave tracks that she can follow, but she hunts anyway.

Chiron watches sadly, and offers what advice he can, but she knows he doesn't have much hope. He's lost too many heroes to hold onto hope for long. She's lost too many to give it up.

It's not logical, but logic isn't everything, and she won't give up searching.

And with that, Mark of Athena is officially here (or will be, soon enough)! Excuse me while I go drown in feelings.
