Every day there is a new headline in the papers about one of the school boards laying off or cutting back so I'm worried about not finding a job. Maybe it's just me, but I do not see how it is fair for someone to teach an assessment class when they have never had a classroom of their own, except for their student-teaching block. Here I am wasting time instead of finishing schoolwork. It's so hard to concentrate on all of this schoolwork sometimes. I have my lesson plans finished for over a month, but I have so much classwork that I always have some type of work to do.
