Well, it's been a busy last week or so. I did end up getting a TV; a 27" (but not flatscreen; just the style that's close). It's a nice TV; open box but it has a lot of the things I wanted (S-video input; widescreen mode for video games; etc..). It's nice to actually have a TV; now the room actually amounts to a living room ( Read more... )

Well, I'm trying to go once a week from now until the summer, part of my yearly get in shape so flab isn't hanging over my swimsuit campaign, but you'll def be welcome to come. I have two nicks in my phone apparently; is your number a 480 or 602?

it's 602. I've been living on the eastern edge of the 602 area code for years.

Ok cool... I'll probably be trying to go this weekend on Saturday. I'd like to go early enough that it's not dark out. How long does it usually take for you to go up and down?

get it nice TV!! I still don't have a TV of my own, I've always taken advantage of my roommates'.
I'm sorry work is blowing, but at least you're getting out and doing other things that sound much more interesting.

Even better I have internet and CATV (albeit basic) starting up tomorrow. Gawd it's been forever since I had internet of my own. Work isn't as bad as I make it out to be. At least most of the people here are cool, including most of the supervisors. It's just friggin swamped this time of the year.

Heh... I think I might have already reached tunnelvision status... but at least I don't have to squint anymore. Now I just need some DVD audio cds to truly enjoy the surround sound. Movies are nice tho.

I'd invite you over to check it out; but I'm guessing your nose would explode in a frenzy of cat induced fury. I'm thinking a party is in order sometime in the next month or so; relegate the cats to my room and nuke the room with a vaccuum.

Or just nuke the cats. “I don't care how you kill the little beasts, just do it! Poison them, drown them, bash them in the head ... you got any chloroform?”
