Nope. Local elections tomorrow for school board and for two propositions. You probably have some in your district as well.

it says election day on the wall, but i never had my classes or materials arive (since i am an election official, kinda important) so you are free this time, but in february, june and next november you get to remind us all over again. yes, 3 elections, 90 days between each one. and they think that will make people vote? i bet we still get a 15% in room turn out, and maybe a 40% precinct count. it would be nice if we got 50% again. that was a fun day.

Don't think Sacramento County's doing one. khanfused November 6 2007, 03:34:11 UTC
Didn't see any political fertilizer ... er... information materials come my way either.

(checking with http://www.smartvoter.org/ ) ... oh ... there is one going on. School board issues and a few school districts trying to merge.

Will be fun to see if I can *make it* to roll dice on this one. My schedule went from ugly to reeelyugly in two quick jumps today.

Considering what I know of the school board candidates, I think I'll bring my dice bag.

I don't think I have anything in my district, but I'll double-check, just in case.

Both our issues are for bond renewal, one for libraries and one for schools. Personally, I'm voting yes for both - but I'm a home owner and will be dinged $240/year to support both. As a renter, you shouldn't be effected.
